New Painting

Wow! It's almost July!

For the past few months I've been working on illustrating a children's book.  I can't wait to be able to show the work I've done on it, but for now, here are a few more Sktchy portraits that I've done recently.  I've apparently been going through a lot of red pencils.  I'll try to mix it up more for my next post.

Three Paintings in Progress

Been working on these three paintings.   I'm pretty sure the blue green one is almost done.  The other two still have one or two layers of color/texture to go.  It's been fun.

So much has happened in the past five months, but this sweet little rascal and his fuzzy sister are making everything feel like maybe it's going to be alright... I am so glad I adopted my sweet little diamond in the rough, Paris.   He's now a part of the family.
